Actually the new release isn't a book at all...it's a piece of software. "Watchtower Firewall 2004" blocks access to all sites that aren't on a list approved by the Governing Body.

Use of this software is up to one's bible-trained conscience, but failure to install it will result in loss of congregation privileges.
