Brandon had me give all his ties to Good Will.
Aversion - yes! I would feel literally sick still seeing them hang in my closet and have donated just about all of them now.

i never used to wear a suit, just trousers, shirt and tie. i dont think ive worn any of my ties since i left, ive still got them though. i always hated ties, so its great not to have to wear one anymore.
anyone now have an aversion to dress clothes?
Not anymore.
But I think I must have had an aversion to dressing well when I was a JW.

I love to dress up, but now the clothes are more fun, like these black leather pants I'm going to wear once I've lost a little winter weight. I bought a bunch of miniskirts, some cute blouses that are cut a bit too low for the Kingdom Hall crowd, and my boyfriend gets a kick out of getting me to try new stuff on. I never did like the long, flowery dresses with a safety pin so the neckline wouldn't gap open, they were just too stuffy.
I have always enjoyed getting dressed up. I don't mind it and my job requires it.
I also have a fetish about a good looking man in dress pants, white shirt.. huge turn on for me.. (tie not required)
I live in the Eddie Bauer capital of the world. I wear jeans to work, dressing up is putting on a velvet shirt to go with my black jeans as opposed to my blue ones. Absolutely refuse to wear pantyhose! You see people in jeans here at the opera, goddess I love the west coast!
