I suspect you may be a time waster .. .but you may be true to your word (and I hope so).
If so and the latter is the case, I think you need to pick apart the Churches doctrine and practises and glance across it's history through the ages. You will notice that the Church has happily sat behind heads of state who have gone forth to wage war across the earth and enslave other nations. The idolatrous practise of the Catholic Church goes without saying, as does the worship of man (the pope - the saints?).
The worship of Mary is not scriptural - neither is hellfire - with much debate neither is the trinity (you will find plenty of threads throughout the board discussing this element). Neither is purgatory or infant baptism etc etc There are loads of areas to attack my friend or my enemy.
What about this for fine priestly conduct - http://www.angelfire.com/journal/ggbtps/HypocrisyandCant.htm
Now begone
Seriously, take care if you are true to your word and I hope your quest ends up in a semblance of truth.

Yup, I have faith in myself.
IMO there is no god.
I wont discuss this any further.
Have fun on the board. I look forward to more of your posts.

Ok, my little friend Spooner. Come sit at my feet and listen closely:
This board is not populated in the majority by currently practicing JWs. If you take a few moments off from pontificating (an apt description given your declaration of your religious affiliation) you will see that you won't find many to argue with about the merits of Witness doctrine.
Stick around and do some reading and you might learn a thing or two about the 'truth' of your own religion. The worst sin anyone can commit is to think that the belief they hold fast to is the one and only 'truth' out there.
Stay and read and learn.

Two wrongs don't make a right.Catholic sez,Mary is the mother of God.Mormons sez,Jesus came to America.Watchtower sez the world 'ended' in 1914.
Religious belief systems fall into 3 categories: (1) Mainstream mostly benevolent (2) "sects" sorta on the fringes (3) Cults, high demand/control destructive usually apocalyptic.
How do you define a cult?Danny sez: "small tubes of toothpaste" say's it all....Get IT!

Most cults implode (radical teachings end in tragedy or schism) or grow too big to retain control and become accomodating to survive. The latter has happened to the Catholic Church. No longer can they torture and kill those who disagree, now they're reduced to competing with their rival sects with better daycare facilities and "Healing Masses".

Ummmm...
I was also raised Catholic, and haven't been one for 20+ years, but I take exception to some of the comments here.
I know too many stellar Catholic Christians to ever look down on them. Some of the finest writing I've read is by Catholics (eg., Henri Nouwen). Many of them inspire me, a kick-around protestant. Catholic traditions to some people are more confusing than inspiring, but protestants eventually find that those traditions are deeply meaningful for many people.
I've met Catholics who are cultish, though. Such do not study the Bible, but look to those exciting appearances of Mary and Jesus in an oil slick... To tell them that Mary was "just" Jesus' mother is like insulting her. You could slowly remove the word 'Jesus' from all their books and prayers and thoughts, and they'd hardly notice it... so yeah, there are cultish Catholics.
I recognize many gross mistakes made by Catholics thru history. Catholics themselves examine these and admit their shortcomings, so it is nothing like dealing with the WT. It is not an issue to me, all the linking to paganism by Catholics... If I were alive at that time, it is exactly the road I would take as well, to transform and reclaim all of holidays and nature and events by re-telling them thru the lens of the gospel.
I thought there would never be things I could understand, excuse, accept from the Catholics. But over time I can look back and see that there is still a lot of grace and wisdom there, and that makes me very happy. It is not for me, and I still have disagreements over different teachings; but I know that there are many who most easily connect with Christ there, so I will not give a blanket criticism.
(One of my sisters teaches catechism to adults who are going to join the church. It's been fun to discuss things with her; I like how her answers to my questions aren't all 'canned'.)

Even though I was taught they are evil for so long.
