Where have all the good sitcoms gone?

The reason why there are no more good sitcoms is because all of them copy these generic, stupid recepie for sitcoms.

Black family living in an urban setting doing stereotypical black things and kissing the ass of Jesse Jackson.

Single, bland, white yuppy 20somethings (With a token minority here and there) in either New York or LA or some other city that's in the realms of the mind of Hollywood producers (You know, there's something called "America" between the Hudson river and the San Andreas Fault)

A dysfunctional family sitcom that tries too hard.

No wonder why people aren't tuning in.

I've discovered some pretty funny ones now that the season is almost over.

Hope and Faith is really funny.

Six Simple Rules, a scream, even without John Ritter.

And Everybody Loves Raymond is about the best one on TV.

Sitcoms that I used to watch:

    Fresh Prince of Bel Air
    Alf
    Dif'rent Strokes
(that one with the talking robot kid named vicki)

Occasionally, I like to catch "The world according to Jim". Jim Belushi kicks ass.

I used to like MASH and All in the Family, because they seemed to deal with current issues.

I have liked Friends on and off, but it gets tiresome after a bit. I missed the finale.

Oh, this IS about sitcoms, but one show I really like whenever I catch it (it's on SciFi) is SG-1 (Stargate-1). I know, I'm a big baby.
