And to think I was told/recommended to come here; that this place is FILLED with compassionate, kind, considerate, and empathetic people. Me thinks there's a fly in this soup mix!

I apologies if I was wrong about you... its just that sometimes people will show up out of the blue asking for handouts by taking advantage of the terrible circumstances of people.

There is plenty to compassion and friendship to be found here.

hmmmm.....I was pretty "flip" with my welcome to ya, MKM, so I'm "editing".....My heart goes out to you, chere!

I can't get the font size to reduce (grrrr)....well, as it stands, my son just attempted suicide in prison, due to the neglect, abuse and injustice he's experiencing there. I thought it was my own letter that got him sent to the psych hospital, but it was just a coincidence that I wrote/faxed the prison and state officials re: his mental problems and abuse from the guards at the same time. I don't know what to do now. Guess I'll go ask the TIFA members.

I happen to know this person from several xdub lists and from the TIFA (Texas Inmates' Families Assn.) where I "go" to get info and advice for my own son's injustice dilemma. I recommended that this person come here for the support and encouragement that so many offer.....and the camaraderie....

Annnnnd.....right out of the gate, you snotwads start bein' craquer le poignets! What a recommendation for this forum! Button yer lips! WAIT before you start being so WITLESSLY judgMENTAL! It took a LOT of guts for her to post here and open her heart to this forum on this topic!

You guys (elsewhere and PS) are making me ill. We sit in judgement (with good reason) of the WTS because they require 2 witnesses to these crimes before they'll help a child, yet this is the same bullshit you guys are spilling??
