Money?,,,,,,, No, Religion!
All the wars that I have studied have been attributed to religious beliefs who's foundation whereby being unfounded and un-provable. Trust in Gawd, Allah, Jesus, Jehovah, Mohammed and on and on is what the lost say, or "The Lord will provide" for that matter. "One Nation Under Gawd". Bull- Shyte! Coining names does not effect the reality of the actions of people who stand by their ill-fated beliefs.
No Religion, no wars. Just live.

I would have to go with greed. It is interesting how people misquote the Bible about money tho. They say, "money is the root of all evil" but what the Scripture really says, "But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction." (1 Timothy 6:9 New American Standard Bible)
It's not the money, it's why you want the money and how much of it you think you need, and then what you do with it after you get it.
