I sure hope you feel better real soon. I know it is no fun when the color fades out of life. Try to get out at least once a week and meet some new peeps! It is very important that you take care of yourself and relieve the stress. If not a hobby or sport than maybe volunteer for an hour or two in your community? That would be a great way to meet good people.
Anyway, here is a big ((((((hug)))))) from me to you. I am sorry you are feeling puny right now.

I too hope you feel better soon; I have no real advice but I wonder if being a Big Brother would help. I really think it would. Like others have said, volunteering really feels good and what better company than young people? They can be so full of life, and many could really use your help!
I always feel refreshed and uplifted after a day by the ocean or in the mountains - partly due to the negative ions, but I'm sure there is more to it than that. Somehow I pictured you as a jogger, no?
Pets really help too - do you have any?
Neighbors would be thrilled if you did unexpected little things for them - think of their surprise and delight if you offered some kind gesture from time to time - how many people, especially young men (sorry!) ever go out of their way for anyone other than a pretty young woman?
Anyway, whatever you decide to do, I sincerely hope it works out well for you and you can move ahead contentedly.

Get that "all too male" friend of yours <woot woot> and get yourself out to some parties, coffee houses, clubs, plays, parks, anywhere that peeps hang out and just "peep about." You're alone way too much and it causes you to mentally masturbate, which makes your hand feel left out. To avoid causing divisions, seek out people with interests similar to yours. There's always the gym, with the lovely mirrors for unobtrusively gazing at a weight-lifting females' "snackins'".... or gazing at yourself, whichever you prefer. The night is young.. and so are you!
