It was many months ago, so I had to check, but some posters were determined to introduce "off topic" issues into the thread.
The good news however is that the points about the school had been made over several pages on the thread, so it had been digested.

Blueblades, your comment about 1919---------I see no revolution out of this, btw. The COs and DOs will do as their told and try to rekindle the thought that Jehovah's Witnesses truly understand Bible prophecy. If they can convince these men, they might be able to fool the rank and file too.
And Brooklyn seriously believes that drumming the trash found in the Daniel and Isaiah books -- arguably three of thier worst-ever books and almost universally detested by even loyal JWs-- into the heads of their traveling enforcers is ``just what is needed" to equip the to meet the spiritual needs of the organization? Scary indeed.
These two books spelled the end for me and my family, after 30 years of "faithful service" at upper organizational levels. It does not surprise me that "mother" sees this manure as solid food. They are so out of touch with reality they cannot perceive how totally irrelevant this material is to the rank and file.
