Greetings all. We've arrived home from our fishing expidition and fam reunion victorious and tired! Bennett Spring was good to us this year. We brought back a total of 46 lovely rainbows. AND for those of you bastards and bastardettes out there who might think I got outfished I'm sorry to inform you that this year it was not the case. CSG spent a lot of time with her family and less time fishing...w00t! ALTHOUGH SHE DID CATCH THE BIGGEST FISH. It rained on us during most of the nights the waether was overall lovely. No sunburns or heat that was terribly oppressive. .

For those who sent me PMs the day I left. Sorry I didn't get to them and I'll do some cathing up later today in between working. No offense intended if I didn't respond. Just a matter of timing so my apologies.

Thanks Arrow...We were gonna claim our campsite for the State of Texas, but I forgot to bring the troops..

shlepgun...sure man, you would love it there...You could fly to St. louis or Springfield, Missouri and we could come and fetch. The fishing is awesome and it is a great place overall. You can even drink beer at the park.. Hope you and the bb are doing well.

Eh Carmel...I know, but they are fun to catch and really the only chance we have to get in good trout fishing in the summer time. The spring that feeds the Niangua river there pumps out about 100 million gallons a day and it is cold as hell...*LOL* I know cuz I backed up and stumbled over a big rock...baptized myself and the inside of my waders...*LOL* I was screaming like a little beyatch..*LOL* um or well kind of like Gumball after a good pinching...

CHEVIES...yes I know...I knew there was a disturbance in the force....I'll get to work on fixing that right away..

eheh calamitous one...yes I know I am envious of the pics you showed me from last time. I was thinking of you guys on the way up...Was looking at the Minnesota map and remembering being in Duluth and then finding Thunder Bay on the map...

Hiya Princess...tell Steve I said hello and that the moss green scuds were definitely the meal of choice for the hungry trout. Oh and thanks for the cookies!
