Nina and I waited until we were married before making love. I was 21 and she was 27. In retrospect, I'm glad we did. Not for 'moral' reasons, but because one of my fondest memories, and something that drew us together, was exploring and experimenting with each other. As for when it is 'ok' to have sex? I would say put it off as long as you can and when you finally decide to share that part of yourself with another, make sure it is someone you like, not lust after, not even love, but like. Sex can be the thing that makes you laugh and makes you cry. Sharing something so initimate should be done with someone you trust, someone you have a friendship with.
