Have you been checked out by doctors?
The soreness is inevitable, but can be relieved a bit with medication. You REALLY need to be sure there's nothing else hurt more severely. Please see a Doc.

Wow, pr!!!!! I'm glad you're okay. Cars can be replaced -- people can't, and you're pretty irreplaceable to a lot of people!
Now, take your muscle relaxers and Advil and get some rest.
