  If your a dub who knows what the organisation teaches.....you won't reason this way at all. You won't reason that way because you would know you would be covering over a serious sin and that in itself is grounds for disfellowshipping. You would know that this type of a sin is a judicial matter and not a sin that can be handles between you and Jehovah.

  Actually gumby you are right. This is like disfellowshiped people who have no intention of going back to the hall execpt at the memorial telling you "don't talk to me I am disfellowshiped".

  According to the watchtower they dont believe in confessions and any appointment to a position in the org erases the need for a JC, because the holy spirit has allowed them to be appointed. Their is also a undefined statute of limitations that the elders rarely pursue cases over 10 years old.

  So in all reality the JW would go to the elders even though the religion does not require it in any shape or form. Oddly they do require a third party to rat you out if they find out. The option I stated is if the elders never found out. Sorta like how abortions or illegitimate kids given up for adoption used to be in the old days among "wordly" people.

  There is a contradiction, I never can understand. You presumably get resurrected one time with ALL your memories and experiences stored in the "new brain" you will have, the org says. Okay. But the next problem: Your deeds (and sins of course too!) you`ve done while you were living became stored otherwise too: Look at thousands of pictures, recordings, letters, articles or postings you wrote into your computer (the CD`s will survive too). And besides, your deeds (and sins) you `ve done are stored then in all the "new brains" of your resurrected friends, acquaintance, relatives and so on.
  
  How can anybody say your sins are forgiven with your death, and there would begin a new chapter of live (the 1000-year-period) where ALL IS FORGOTTEN WHAT YOU EVER HAD DONE ??
  
  No I cannot believe this. If you had been a child molester in 2001, and you would get a resurrection in 2560 because you died before armageddon;-( then your environment will be entirely informed about your SINS. Okay! And they will get treated from your environment in a kind they are aware of your sins you made 2001, and you will get tested severely. Thats absolutely sure!

  I can look it up but "bad memories" and even the trauma of armageddon and the great tribulation will be erased from every ones memory.

  It will be like that manga/animee Big-O where every one knows armageddon came 40 years ago, but they dont remember what caused it, nor do they remeber who they were before armageddon. They are just stuck in this mega city cleaning up the damage under orders from a shadowy governing body that live in these domed towers. Occasionaly fighting off giant robots that try to bring a second armageddon. Hmm maybe who ever wrote originally that comic was or knew jws.
