Well I like to be very tired when I'm going to sleep (on my right side - always wearing something to be able to run anywhere if needed) I'm kind of insomiac though, I don't sleep that much (but only when I'm over and then I sleep too much)

I am an extremely "light sleeper"....even with an air machine going....
all positions, except laying on my stomach!!!
and for my sleeping comfort: cami and thong!!!

Never on my stomach. Hardly ever on my back. I roll from side to side as the night progresses.
I will sleep naked at times during the summer. You may not want to visualize that.
