Lately I've not been sleeping that well, but have been tossing and turning a lot, for some reason. Normally, I sleep on my tummy or side, hardly ever on my back. And, since losing lots of weight (almost 150 lb.), I no longer need to sleep with a CPAP mask attached to my face .
And since you asked, frequently nude in the summer, and sweat shorts and a tshirt the rest of the year .

I sleep in the nude pretty much all the time, usually on my stomach. I can usually sleep through the whole night without waking up, unless of course I accidentally roll into the wet spot

I am a light sleeper.. if there is a noise in the house I wake up...
and I usually sleep in a silk nightgown and I roll from my back to my stomach to my side

Wowsers! neonmadman.. Good for you. That is alot of weight to lose. Hope your health has improved after all that weight loss... You must feel like your sleeping great. with your breathing so much better too. Wow!..for you man.
Me:.. I sleep very, very, very light. Nobody can blink in another room when I'm sleeping cause it wakes me up. I've had to use earplugs ever since the first baby was born 17 years ago.. Every little ding dong noise bothers me. ..I make a good baby monitor, though. lol
I sleep better in the summer because the air conditioner in our bedroom drowns out all other noise.

Apparently a brass band could march by and I'd still be sound asleep.
A few weeks ago we had a terriffic thunder-storm here that set all the car-alarms in the street off ... and I slept through it. So did the kids.
Angharad was downstairs with the cats, all petrified.
