I tend to move around on my sides and back, and why wear clothes when you have a 12-tog quilt and the air temperature rarely exceeds 60* at night?

in cotton pyama's, once a sleep I don't easy wake up.

"Known" noises don't bother me - but the noises I don't recognise will wake me, even when they are very soft.

I sleep like a log - the only thing though is the heat at the moment - I hate it and my bedroom is the hottest room in the house. Sometimes I just toss and turn in the heat, even though sleeping naked. Sometimes I just get up about 2 am and play the piano in the other room and have a glass of wine.
