Brenda,
Now. The question I have been pondering lately about the soul is this: Today we have just over 6 billion people on this earth, more people than ever before in earths history. 6 billion souls, if you will. Today, there are probably more people alive than have ever lived and died. So, where have all the "new" souls come from?
Of course you must know that the beleif that man has a invisible soul is just a beleif,,with no fact to substansiate it. So right from the get-go we are proceeding from a flimzy base or a very big assumption if you will. It is like saying:
"All my friends tell me the moon is made of pale green cheese,, and I estimate that it would take 42,000,000,000,000,000 cows 1,000,000 years to produce enough milk,, what would be the closest planet all those cow could live on that would supply all the grass for these cows??
If there are more people alive today than have ever lived and died, then we are out of recycled souls, and have been for some time. This could be a real flaw in the concept of reincarnation. Or, as usual, I am too limited in my thinking.I agree with the last thing you stated "too limited in thinking",, and add: based on a false premise.
