LIke to know more about this "God of Good Luck" Seems like you had a good thing going there. Hey, what are you doing spending time on this site anyway? Shouldn't you be out door-to-dooring, or study your Watchtower, or going to the KH. If the elders knew you were fraternizing with us "apostates" you might be looking at a committee meeting or be used as an good example of a bad, bad example of what not to do--from the KM platform and all.
I've come to feel that God does not require worshipping. He/she/it needs nothing from that it does not already have, so why worship. I believe the divine is in each one of us, and that life is eternal though our bodies wear out. I guess I lean more toward Buddhism to some degree. Deism and the comments that Thomas Paine made make sense to me about the bible and God.
Some JW ladies came and was talking to me, I let them bring current magazines, anyway we were talking about worship. I told them that to honor God, and appreciate God is one thing, but to worship him I will never do. There is no need for it as God requires nothing from me or you or anyone. Well they were just dumb founded and left the magazines and scurried away. LOL They still come but I think it is because the are mystified by my thinking. LOL

I've never been happier since coming to realise that Jehovah was an ancient myth and doesn't exist. Since leaving the JWs I've met true friends and discovered what spirituality really means.

Worship = Stupidest.Concept.Ever.
I still consider myself a worshiper of Jehovah, I just don't believe the Jehovah's Witnesses are his organization. Although, I am open to other ideas. God has been around forever. The Witnesses have been around for 100 years. I know you are going to say there have always been servants of the true god. Yes there have, been servents of the true god forever, they didn't need the "Organization" to serve a the true god and neither do I.
If we truely are to believe that Jehovah is god, you must at least explore and eliminate the other options. You can't do this by reading the WTS publications. Other religious publications lie about the witnesses (saying they don't believe in Jesus, etc.) because they don't have all the information the Witnesses. The same goes for the WTS publications and views of other religions. They are biased and don't have all the information you need to make a true decision. So go explore other religions at the library using their own books then make a decision. (Oh yeah, you can't, the organization bans that!! But does God?!)
I "worship" motivation, ambition, mental stability, happiness and goodness in humans. Surely you are not too blind to see the good in non-jw's?
