I have always paid the models for my personal art very well usually 300 to 500 per photo session. Most people who are not artist can't look beyond the nudity. I have taught life drawing and the models that I used then have always been very professional in their job. I joke a lot at times but when it comes to my art my humor disappears. Keep doing what you are doing and don't worry if people can't understand it. The art world is a whole different level of understanding about these things. It's one of the very few times I am ever serious about anything.
