You have a few at the top, who thrive on the power, and probably would be basically useless in the real world.
Then you have those that work for them, who probably worship the ground these guys walk on, and know nothing else themselves to have anything to compare what they do to anything else.
After that, you have a bunch of rank and file, with different responsibilities and levels within the organization, and just don't think for themselves.
I think they mostly just care about keeping their "jobs" safe and staying on the "gravy train" provided by the rank and file. If there were ever any motives to serve the sheep instead of the sheep serving them...they were buried long ago by Big Ego's in the Big Boy's Club of NY.

I can't help, but imagine the GB sitting up there everyday and laughing. Thinking this is TOO easy!
God these people will believe anything just as long as you tell them you are in charge. And if any get any ideas we will just threaten them with loss of family and that God will kill them. It'll work just watch!!!

Those guys are sooo coool. Another thing, the Society wants to take enjoyment of life totally away from you. And blame it on the sacrifice one makes for being a Christian....Yeah right!
