No Eduardo.... the car has a tort cause of action. Just have the car hire an attorney and he can spend his judgment money on super unleaded or maybe an oil change. I do admit that testimony will be tough, as well as getting the car up the stairs to the deposition.
I have assigned spots at my office. I just block people in and tell my staff to do the same. Then they get to walk up the street and figure out who blocked them in. Why should we park in short term zones and risk citations because someone cannot read the no parking sign.
I made some fliers saying don't park here and even put on on a police car parked in my spot. but I also said its my turn to ticket you and tell so and so I said hi (I know cops).
I HATE it when people park in front of my garage and block me!!!

The handy little device in the bottom left hand corner is a tire valve cap, which doubles as a valve tigtner/loosner, emphasis on loosner.
Simply remove exisitng rubber valve cap, insert tool, back off valve 3-4 turns, to start a small slow release of air from tire. Depending on the time the flagrant violater of said parking space is present, total tire exhalation may not occur until 2-3 hours later.
Or you can just kick in his tailights.
