Anyone think that Alan Shore's character has been watered down? He was so outrageous in The Practice.
I love how Boston Legal has so many aging stars .... Shatner, Betty White, Rene Auberjonois, (and a little younger) Shelley Long, Candice Bergan, etc. And Freddie Prinze, Jr. as Denny's "son" is a hoot...

James Spader is wonderful in the role of Alan Shore. They got rid of Lake Bell, I guess there wasn't any chemistry between the two. I love the character of Lori (Monica Potter.) And Betty White is a hoot!. Still, William Shatner is awesome as Denny Crane. Great character, and his outbursts in court are hilarious!

I liked Sally but her character was rather dry compared to the more feisty Tara.
I wish they'd bring some minor The Practice characters back for guest spots, such as Jamie who I was sad to see go... (the major Practice stars were tired and worn-out by the end of the series)

I saw Marla Sokoloff (she played the receptionist on the Practice) playing nanny on Desperate Housewives for a few episodes but I haven't seen any others on the TV. Perhaps they're doing Broadway!
