Now that I think about it, no I won't do it. I've got college, and I'm already in kahootz with the congregation. Although I have been commenting a lot for my parents sake, so they may consider me for MS. I'll just let her come to me if she's really interested. I'm just upset right now because my prom date is just a date for that one night. I would really like a good relationship.
I think I might try to date a JW girl

If it turns into more than a casual date I'll send my condolences.

Speaking from experience:
I was a witness girl... and my current bf (whom I have been dating for the past 6 years and whom I currently live with; can ya guess why I left??) would beg to differ.
I wont say do it or dont just PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
Dating Daniel (my bf) was the most turbulent experience of my life. As a young witness girl there is soo much pressure and guilt involved. If you are serious about this girl go for it; but be warned it is a rough ride.

She might be staying down here forever. I heard due to male shortage up in Kansas. I'll take my time.
And her brother keeps saying hi and stuff, he's my age. I'm already feeling guilty, just even thinking about dating his sister.
Would a phone call to her to ask her out be better than asking out at the meeting?
And does anyone use AOL Instant Messanger, I got banned from chat because they were tired of my teen JW issues. Who else is there? My parents? ha!

It's only normal to want intimacy and affection. But you have to make sure that the girl you pick is on the same page as you are or feelings could be hurt and trouble started. In a jw family you could also lose your friends and family and be kicked out of your religion. So you have to weight the pros and cons and decide what kind of life you really want not the life that your parents want for you. Cheer up, pretty soon you'll be 18, the prom will be over, and you'll have to work in the real world.
