Your parents asking you for money to go to Bethel is like you asking them for money to go buy some sex! Neither are completely necessary expenses and both are offensive to the other! I'm still shaking my head!

I'm bracing myself for some stupid hypocrisy from my JW family members in the next few weeks. I know it's coming. I know all the various forms it can possibly take. It's going to make my day when I tell them that they can shove their cult belief system up their @$$.

That's too bad! I like how it's ok to use you, but not ok to socialize with you. hahahahaha

My sister just sent me a postcard inviting me to a jewlery party at her house. She doesn't talk to me or want me there, but she sure would like a party gift for having more people there. Sometimes I think I should show up just to make her uncomfortable. Oh well, what can you do?! You can't change how people are, just move on with your life and ignore their ignorance.

I would have said absolutely...and while we are all there (cause I'd go too) let's stop off at the U.N. and find out for ourselves what's been going on.

They sad thing is your parents had this justified in their mind somehow. They think they've been showing you LOVE all these years by not associating with you, so that you could realize the error of your ways.

UGH!!! I'm going to go puke now.

While they are accountable for their freaked out behavior and attitudes is true. However, the apostates on the Governing Body of Joe Hoba's Witlesses are the real culprit with their unchristian doctrines of 'love'.

Oh, this is really hits a sore spot with me. Those miserable people that think they are too good to associate with "worldy people" and yet they are so willing to take our dirty money. I've been shunned by some of them and then when they take the time to be nice, you know they want to borrow something or sell you something. I know of one couple that thought it was perfectly OK to borrow a "worldly" couple's car for weeks and then when one of the "worldy" people had a serious health problem and couldn't get out to mow his own lawn the JW "friend" didn't make any offer to help him out! I was very surprised....er no I wasn't. Shame on them!
