Do understand spoof posts? ... dry humor? ... or do you, like so many, feel that everything is oh, so, serious such that they have to go about proving themselves, regardless of the intended humor.

Well, its kind of hard to tell where you are actually coming from. First your, the little country icon on your left said "Trinidad" and now it says "France"; of course, I assume America.

Considering the lack ability in placing inflections in written English, its very difficult to tell when one is being sarcastic, except when the sarcasm is in the extreme (i.e., when Johnathan Swift recommended using children as food to solve the Irish famine). There are a lot of people who think that way, so how am I to know if you are being sarcastic?

Um, still.... don't forget about France's help in our own country's foundation and early growth....esp fighting off the brits.

And of course I know that the US cares about everyone OTHER than the US.

Aren't the Dutch also schduled to shoot it down on Wednesday?

Personally, I need to learn more about what they exactly voted down. If I were a European, I would think the EU would be the best way to fend off China's economic might and have more political might against the USA. Why did the French shoot it down?

One thing that comes to mind if the U.K.'s economy vs. France and Germany. Maybe the French are sick of sliding ever since they took on the euro.

Yes Sir..... I surely hope so.

But on other grounds as France - a lot of us are going to reject this cos it is our first opportunity to tell our government that we are NOT glad with the decisions made in Brussel - or Straatsburg / Strasbourg.
