Where is the ACLU? That Judge is completely off. The law is very clear....seperation of church and state.
The Judge has violated that law by bringing the state into the church.....that's clearly a job for the ACLU, but then again the ACLU only supports those who have deep pockets..........
Um, Rev Frank...if you read the article you would have seen the ACLU is already helping the father against the judge's ruling.
I find it rather funny how people like Drug Limbaugh continually bash the ACLU until their own freedoms are trampled on. Hopefully by the ACLU helping Rush and his case he'll quit demonizing them. But I doubt it.
