I asked a guy out in my cong 3 times - yes, count them! - & then after I recovered from that awful experience, got interested in a pio bro who treated me like crap & said I was 'naive'. I guess I was - I actually believed that no one had sex before marriage!!!! The year I left I had a 'special connection' with a married father I met at a q'build - nothing happened, but the spark was struck, & I was outta there in a few months. After I left, my self-esteem resurrected, & am now married - but wish I'd had a chance to sow a few more wild oats ...

There were no sisters my age in my congregation Weatherford, Texas in the late 70's and early 80's so I had no one to even ask for a date.
I was Pioneering at the time and met a very pretty Pioneer sister named Donna Lawson who lived in Hillsboro, Texas about 70 miles from Weatherford.
I hoped to get something started with her and told my friend Donis Hutson about this great girl. We met up at the next Circuit Assembly. I introduced her to Donis and I swear I could actually see the sparks fly between them. Within a year they were married.
I was 21 when I had my first date. Marge was 10 years older then me and the only single woman in my congregation under 60. We went to dinner and a movie then parked in front of her house were I had my first kiss. Absolutely amazing. It was everything and more that I had dreamed. We kissed until out lips were numb. As we were kissing a police car pulled up beside us. A worldly cop that she had been dating and of course had not told me or any of the other Witnesses about. He just sat in his car looking at us and we kept lying down on the front seat of my car for what seemed an eternity. He finally drove off and we kept kissing. I walked her to her door where she thrusted her pelvis against mine and I thought I was going to explode from joy. She was having sex with a lot of worldly guys but would not have sex with me because I was a virgin. Seven years later I was no longer a virgin and we had sex for the first time and yes it was worth waiting seven years for. Marge and I have known each other for over 25 years. She has been married and divorced several times while I have never been married but I have lived with women. When Marge and I see each other we still have incredibly amazing sex.

That was a thread well and truley worth reading!! Seriously though I'm still really quite surprised of the number of dub kids that were apparently bumping ugglies! I was under the impression that I was the only one! I was 17.5 when I first had my first b/friend. I left the troof for a year, but returned at 18.5 and moved away. When I moved to my new congo, many miles away, I started seeing this dub boy 6months later. He was weak as water on a "spiritual" level, but still his family/friends made the call to my congo so suss out my reputation, and he was filled in on my apparently sordid past. We went out for 10months I think, and yes I did manage to corrupt him a few times hehe. So yes another JDC for me. Played it straight for 3years after that, but fell for a great "worldly" guy at 22 at the same time I concluded it was time to leave the org. Still felt guilty shagging my then longterm boyfriend, somehow it made it all the more naughty and exciting. Had a very unhealthy view towards sex for a long time, but am quite balanced nowadays. I too knew underneath that I would never marry a jw despite having the opportunity to. Once your tainted though, you're pretty much damaged goods to the relatively few half decent dub boys in the borg.

Never dated a witness - the guys this on my side of the world thought they were gods' gift to women. I suppose with stats like 7 women to 1 guy they would think that. I wasn't bothered with fighting for any lil scrap piece of attention - I went out with the worldly boyz but remained pretty good - would never go tooo far.... but would have fun.

I dated a lot. different sisters from different halls. Since I was a MS it was pretty easy to get the best looking sisters to go out.
Sexually no more then a little heavy petting would occur, but on a few occassions I did go all the way.
Although I consider myelf great marriage material, only the sisters who did not go all the way wanted to get married. The sisters who did go all the way, were happy being young, free and single, completely not ready to settle down.
In hind sight, I wish I had married on of the "bad girls" instead of the half virgin I did marry.
I had more in common with the "bad Girls".

I dated an Elders son for 3 yrs in high school. Which I thought was a real honor since I wasn't an Elders daughter. I can't even count how many times he asked begged and pleaded for me to sleep with him. I being the good 16 year old girl I was trying to be kept saying no. He said "but when the bible says no it only means for people who don't each other not people like us who have been dating for years" I said well "if Jah meant it was ok to have sex if you know each other really well, then I think he would have added that to the scripture. He didn't have to skimp on words he had the whole bible to inspire" lol
He left me for a worldy girl who would put out at 16.

Now the 2nd JW I dated was good looking but gave me the creeps at the time. Really possive. I would get up to go to the restroom and he would ask where I was going. Like I was just going to get up and leave him there on my couch all night long.
One time we had dinner with his family and mine at a resturant. He thought I wasn't pay attention to his every word. SO he picked up the chair I was sitting on and loudly scooted it closer to him. Well that got my attention and everyone elses too. I left him shortly after that. If he is going to do that while dating what is he going to do after you're married to him. I didn't want to stick around to find out.
Now today if anyone did that to me I wouldn't have sat thru the rest of the dinner pleasantly. I would flip them off and walk out. But today I am a different person then I was then.
