Danny, brothers who are known hunters/gun owners in my area are encouraged to keep a low profile and / or stop.
Most witnesses in my area are broke. There are a few rich ones, but that is mostly inheritances and / or converts.
Hmm......lemme see, plenty of Cheese and Cracker Bros, that's for sure........the majority of the ones I know are either in construction, sales of some sort where they make virtually no commission, cleaners, cleaners and more cleaners, factory workers.
I found out a few months ago that one asshole in our Hall and his braindead wife made a really smart move. She had a part time job at a bank, I'm not sure what he did for a living but he spent all of his free time kissing the asses of the elders (he's an MS wannabee). Anyhoo, like so many, they were living far beyond their means because Armageddon was a-comin' which of course would wipe out their Visa debt and hence all their troubles would be solved. So what's the smartest thing you can do when you find yourself in financial trouble? That's right, you quit your job and pioneer. Surely Jehovah will miraculously pay off all your debts if you "seek first the Kingdom" right?
yes the ones working at the police (I know two) do not carry a gun.

LOL, well of the two JW's that I know personally, one is a glorified janitor (he cleans up businesses after hours) and the other is in IT. The guy in IT didn't go to college, and struggles with work at times (finding it). Both were born and raised in the truth. The 'janitor' is a 20 year old who still lives at home and only works part time.

I just have to say this.
I loved cleaning! I still do it from time to time, if I can hook a good apartment-moving cleaning job. The bux are excellent (it works out to about $20 an hour), and it is honest work.
If my health was better, and I could do the work myself, I would start a business, but I do not want to pay others low wages so that I can make money off of them.
The ridicule of cleaners on this DB is a real turn-off for me.
