Let it be in groups, or just at home with your family, are you a leader or follower?

Follower, unless nobody steps up and it's something that needs to be taken care of, then I'll lead. ....or if I realize the what or whoever I'm following is full of shit, then I peel off and go my own way.

At home for sure, I'm the leader. But in other environments, I try real hard not to be, sometimes I just wanna kick back and let someone else be in charge. But, it always seems like I am thrown into leadership positions, I dont get it.

P.s. Netty I'd follow you anywhere

I don't know. I know that elders couldn't stand me. Many saw me as a threat to their authority. So I suppose I could even lead

I never liked being a follower at the Kingdumb hall. I never liked being told where and when to do anything from the JW's.

I don't have many friends, so I do what I want to do all the time. So, I'm not a follower, because there is no one to follow....lol

But, in groups, I don't like being in the spot light, so I'm not a leader either.

Basically a follower. The only time that I (I can't even say "led" because it doesn't apply) dared to be different and voice my own thoughts, opinions, and facts......was just a few years ago as a novice child advocate.

I had the national and state rules and regs books with me (and on my side) but the words and demands for change were mine. I've always been rather quiet and never liked to rock the boat, but I meant business and did things in a professional and tactful way.

So, pretty much I am a follower unless there's a need to be otherwise!

I'm the despot here at home, but I also tend to take the lead in the outside world as well, especially on the job where many choose to sit in the bleachers and let things happen instead of making them happen. I tend to take the initiative at my job, never needing anyone to bring to me what needs to be done, I seek out what needs to be done, and then, just do it.

I was the same way when in field service, I always considered it an honour and a privelege to take the group out, the sisters were always appreciative, and seemed to enjoy having a brother to direct traffic.

I only now need to take that same spirit into my community, to my neighbors on my block. Being the seperatist that we're notorious for being, it can still be difficult to wedge that spirit to my dealings with my neighbors, though I have gotten a lot better at it.

I tend to be a leader if no one steps forward. If someone wants to be in charge and seems capable, I don't mind being a supporter or helper.

I have zero leadership traits. I couldn't lead a group of schoolkids outside for recess.

In my job I have fallen into somewhat of a leadership role in my department, because I have a better understanding of our database software than my coworkers and especially my boss. It is not a comfortable position for me to be in at all.

I am currently a senior manager at work and every phsycological profile I have ever taken and other tests show that I am most comfortable in a leadership rather than a following position
