Are you more of a "Follower" or "Leader" type of person ?

I'm more of a take-charge, plan-ahead type of person than my wife, who's a lot more laid back. So at home, I guess I'm usually the leader.

But generally speaking--in groups, at work, etc--I dislike responsibility, and prefer to stand back and let someone else take charge. I will step up if I feel that things aren't being taken care of, however.

Either or. I would classify myself as a "Lead, Follow, Or Get the F*** Out Of My WAY!" kind of guy.

After years of being forced into submission and having to follow whatever was fed to me by the 'brothers' I am happy to say I came out shining as a leader!

And I like to think that I'm a good one too! :o)

I hate to say it but I am a loner so I don't fit into either category.

I think this bothered certain people there. Someone once said to me that "I don't need anybody". Well, that is not entirely true because we all "need" somebody sometime. (Hey doesn't this sound like the lines to somebody's song)?

I'm a leader by nature. I have quite a strong personality & from small I've had to kinda be in charge of my life & situations. There are times though when I will purposefully refrain from taking the lead in the work place to see the reaction of my collegues and of those that work under me, this is to see who take the inititive & who I could perhaps rely on. In my family life - again I think I'm the more dominating figure in my family - I 'm the one that doesn't mind laughing at herself even if I've made a blatz of things.

But there are times when I wish that I could just park off and let someone else do all the decision making, paying of bills, running of dept., carrying the heavy things, fixing the hi fi, shocking themselves.....

I've always been more of a leader. I don't like being a follower. I get annoyed when other people are always telling me what to do, especially if I find them stupid. At home, me and my wife are equals and make decisions together. I always hated feeling like a lost little follower at the Kingdom Hall. I like to be in charge of my own life.

In the last three years I have started just three threads, so I guess I am not a leader. I do not follow either. I was reproved for my ‘independent attitude‘ when I was a Witness and I have become more independent since I left. I do not lead of follow I simply am. I think many people are like this, particularly ex-Witnesses because they are wary of authority.

The women I have known neither lead of follow, they just - push!
