They are looking to keep track of people, but not just for the quick builds, for everything in general. So you cant fade successfully, stuff like that. When you mentioned the part about how if a person moves, they are keeping tabs on them, I think it has to do with the fact that so many are fading, and becoming apostate. They are trying to prevent this. They are just keeping tabs on everybody to keep control of people.

Interesting topic. When they started here, i worked at a lot of them. I enjoyed most of them. Later on, when they started the good standing restriction, my hours had fallen below the average. That cut me out. So, it was because of control?

So let us say you have a publisher who has excellent building skills but poor FS hours or other - reproved reently etc , then in the past he may have got used. By putting it in a KM rather than a BOE LETTER THE SOCIETY IS MANDATING ONLY USE BROTHERS IN GOOD STANDING - OR ELSE

I wonder if the elders have been told to keep in writing for the CO, anyone that is inactive----not just those were working quick-builds.

The secretary is supposed to keep the inactive publisher record cards together (alpha) and rubberbanded in the back of the box of active cards that he looks at on Tuesday. The last few COs preferred the DF/DA in a 2nd packet. He always looks at the inactive cards (unless the secretary has been bad and taken them out which one did once). But type up a list; possibly. The CO was supposed to try and call on some inactive and irregular publishers anyway. The PO in 3 congos I've been in did that. Mostly because people did not have enough bible studies for him to go on in the afternoon.

I was secretary for years. The only thing the CO looked at was actives and irregulars.
