I dont go to every meeting so they call me weak, I dont want to look they way they want me to, I dont want to be like all them. I just want to be myself. Everyone shuns me cause they think im bad association yet i try to read my bible everyday. All the baptized people are out sinning yet i cant ever get ahead in the congregation cause im true to myself, wtf. Been going for a few years and still cant do anything. Seems to me that you have to be loyal to the society than if there is time be loyal to God :( I wanted to be a publisher so i could atleast tell about Gods Kingdom but i dont know if thats possible. They wont let me.

They don't want you to talk to apostates, yet, here you are. Unless they baracade you in your house or block your way, what's is to stop you form walking down the street, banging on any doors of any houses, or going to any public place and talking to anybody? You don't need to report your time. S

but the organization tries to put itself above God which can be annoying

    This is quite an understatement....

I think you can talk about God if you are not a publisher. No one can tell you what to tell to other people. And no one can tell you what to think. (well, they can try...) but please keep thinking for yourself.

Why not read the bible yourself (you are doing this) use independant sources and tell people what you find. Is not that real studding?

    Take care

I obviously dont follow all their rules otherwise i wouldnt be shunned. I dont believe in all their rules. Yes i could just go down and knock on doors by myself but isnt that really starting my own religion when i get someone interested where would i tell them to go? Im not gonna start my own church.

btw: people are labeled apostate because most jdubs are ignorant and die hard fanatics who dont know anything else other than what they are taught from the platform and they like it like that.

If I've read the bible correctly, John the Baptist wasn't a publisher either. Neither was Peter, Paul, Mark, Luke, or John. If you're trying to live the life of a Christian and share your faith, where in the bible does it say there has to be a 3 x 5 card with your name on it at a Kingdom Hall? If you want to speak to others about your faith, do it. God isn't waiting for you to become a publisher. But this manmade organization might be. Who are they to decide if you want to talk to others about God? According to the Bible, do you have to have their permission?

If what you preach is true, truth from the bible, then it's not new at all. Why should people go anywhere? Couldn't a person, once they have learned the truth in the bible (whatever that is) just go on w their lives? Do you think all the churches are more wrong than the wt? Have you checked out all the churches for yourself, instead of listening to what the wt told you about them?

Dont you think God would want unity for his people though? I talk about God informaly when i can. Maybe the people in the bible werent "publishers" but they sure did go around teaching people about God and his kingdom.

Were god's people, moses, absolom, abraham, lot, jesus, paul, john, peter, james, etc in the bible united? Or, did they argue and fight and politic amongst themselves, just like people do today?

Of course. Anyone even on this earth wants unity. But I'm sure God is smart enough to understand that unity is not something that's going to happen with imperfect people. God had a "chosen people" in Biblical days - the Israelites. Eventually, they lost favor with Jehovah. If you believe the JWs have God's favor, isn't it possible that it's something that they could lose like the Israelites? It's obvious some of the things they are asking of their people are NOT from God.

You are correct. There were no publishers back then and they did teach about God's kingdom. So why are you letting a publisher card holding you back from doing the same? A publisher is just a title. When you're a child of God, who needs a title?

Jesus talked about his kingdom. I'm getting a little rusty - so, i'm not shure if paul did. But, one thing is certain, what exactly that kingdom of jesus was/is/will be has been argued ever since. It seems each group has it's own idea. For all that talking about it in the bible (which you claim) it certainly wasn't clear.
