In best Richard Gere impression from Officer and a Gentleman, "Because I got no place else to go." Just kidding, I come here to feel the love.
Why do you come to JWD?

"I do love to spread naughty rumours about LT when he's not here to defend himself! Thats another reason for coming to the board!"
Speaking of which, where is that lil lad?

I feel like we are sharing the jubilation of freedoom.
To me it's like having been a prison inmate for many years, then getting paroled. Your in a limbo of sorts and have to pickup the pieces of your life, put them back together in order to move on. It helps when you have a support group of sorts, people that know where your comming from.

I find that while I've plucked most of the thorns from my side, there are some very deep-seated issues I need to confront still. I thought that perhaps something here might help in that respect.
Also, like many, I find it refreshing to find others who've gone through much of the same sort of thing that I have.

Oh, and I'll admit the thought had occurred to meet some cute ex-JW women.

I come here now because I'm addicted to this site and LOVE people's sense of humor. I have learned so so much. I would also like to be helpful to JWs who are trying to leave.
(EF comes here to brag about how many JWs committed pornei with him) Just kidding EF!

It wasn't JUST pornia....it was full on man to man action baby!!! Fornication, uncleaness, and abominations ALL AROUND!!!
Of course I did notice that JW's tended to have "small equipment". Maybe we need to do a Minimus type thread for a "size check"?

Oh, and I'll admit the thought had occurred to meet some cute ex-JW women. We are all drop dead gorgeous aren't we?

I'm new and for me it's mostly a sometimes weird trip down memory lane (having faded long ago). But my heart really goes out to those for whom the whole JW web is all to real and current.

At first to 'get' - now, hopefully, to 'give'.
