I'd be tempted if there was one locally esp since a few ex jws I know have gone to them already, but presently the whole working ft and juggling a schedule keeps me from seeking out ones out of state at the moment. Especially when I'm keeping my days off for the return of my boy from England.

Would go if there were some in Mini Soda.

At the next one, I'm sure I'd drink more than one drink. Then I'd be a lot of fun and give ya some real good gossip!

I would definitely love to go to one.

Sadly, I won't be going this year... but once I'm free ... all that changes....

If anybody is EVER coming through Raleigh, NC, USA, we need to meetup...

Actually, I think meeting up with someone first is a great way to feel comfortable for a larger fest. I did that earlie last year with a couple in NY. I enjoyed it very much!

Going to my first one this weekend...excited, nervous, but nowhere near afraid.

The only thing that could happen is a Bethel spy has binoculars and takes pictures and sends them to the elders.

Nah. Heck...I'm having one at my house this weekend!! When I went to order the cake I wanted it to say: "FREEDOM" 1st Annual Apostacheesebeerfest! The lady gave me a look like...are you nuts? So I got a chance to "anti-witness" and tell her the story behind the cake.

I think people will behave themselves. We aren't too wild and crazy here. Well...maybe a little wild and crazy. But not totally wild and crazy where someone would be offended. Just ordinary and average wild and crazy.
