Oh, I got one.....when I was in grade school, we had to go to the babysitters after school. So, I tried to explain to the other children about the evils of Christmas and Santa Claus. Well one of the mothers got really upset and called my mom,....so I were told, by my parents not to talk about JW thing any more to the children at thd babysitters. I was so afraid my friends were going to die...

or, they can become an NGO and not accept any blame for their hypocrisy but JWs can't even join the YMCA to exercise at without getting disfellowshipped.
They claim to have an unpaid, all volunteer clergy class while circuit overseers drive around the country in company cars, staying in company apartments, receiving under the table payments from the congregations and receiving free meals and clothes but yet don't have a paying secular job.
I have never undterstood this. If you DA yourself, or get DF'd, you are shunned. But its ok to hang out with worldly people(on occasion), its ok to hang out with people who are inactive(who are living worldly lifestyles) and family members who left the org, that havent yet been df'd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the elders were here June 27/05 I said " I couldn't work for the NGO could I", they didn't say ANYTHING so I take it that I was right ... I couldn't!
try to place a lot of magazines with 'it is good to compare other religion. etc." But if they offer you something in return and you just can't refuse them all hell brakes loose.
