Me - How can you say this using the word "anyone"? What, specifically, is your background to offer such definitive statements? It's definitely not because you're known here with 41 posts under your name.

Within the context of asking you how you could make such definitive statements without the reader knowing any of your background - I then added the statement "......not because you're known here with 41 posts under your name."

I wasn't insinuating the amount of posts matter - what I was insinuating is that you hadn't given any background on why I should accept your statements as definitive, correct, statements.

Now you've given your background - and I know more about you than you'll ever know about me, sonnyboy. Of course, I'm assuming you're telling me the truth and you'll assume I'm telling the truth.

I find your case for misdirection regarding the SL issue to be one thing, but when you use outright lies to make your case, you start to have the stench of WT Legal. WT did not win ANY case in Maine. The case was proven to all parties concerned of Gross misconduct directed by WT cronies. The settlement was not given henceforth due to the Supreme Court in the state of Maine having a stipulation that no one is allowed to sue a religion on any grounds. WT LOST the case, it was clearly proven, read any newspaper surrounding the story, they simply got off having to pay MILLIONS due to the screwed up Maine Supreme Court. You sir, are a liar and you know it. I could say more but the shithouse stench of WT Legal forces me to leave this thread for a breath of fresh air.

About the personal info, no big deal. Truth is truth and fear is an improper use of the imagination. Given my field of expertise, I know my information is safe, especially since my name is unknown. Only my details are know, which are shared by millions (military service, education, etc..)

I am sure I would know your cousin. The kitchen guy...actually there are two..Scott Sallis and Shane Brady.

Scott is weasily enough to be a good lawyer..worked in the kitchen for quite a few years till he bettered himself by marrying into 'the right family".

Shane was a decent guy...good looking dude...too bad he knew it too. But arrogant enough to be effective as a lawyer. Boith should be called to the Bar soon if not already.

Before this the last person they sent through law school Russell A. ended up screwing around on his wife and got df'ed. His (ex) wife stayed at bethel.

I wouldn't worry too much about Scott and Shane. John Burns was personally tutored by Glen How. He is the legal dynamo up here now the Glen has gotten old.

The Rees case last heard was on appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Reece won but wasn't able to collect $1 million from Watchtower elder and step-father Larry Baker because Baker was broke.

There is plenty of precedent in which the Catholic and Anglican churches have been compelled by court judgements to pay big.

Example, right after the Grammond case Rome had to shell out tens of millions and the Watchtower Society legal staff set up new corporations hoping to shield assets.

No, you err. A pro-Watchtower Society website posted an article saying Rees lost, when in fact the suit was still on appeal; Kent of Norwy, perhaps not familiar with the full line of appeals in U.S. court systems even recorded it as lost. You cannot point to a valid post saying it is or is not still a live appeal or you would have just then done so, but now for the joy of logical argumentation even if one assumed it dead still NUMEROUS other cases have been won by the victims. That is fact.

Now as to the status of Judah Ben Shroeder, he's over the Watchtower's international activities, meaning was promoted, not demoted.

Finally those wanting to research the Grammond case proving just how big church hierarchies must pay up can look for articles on it in the archives of cnn.com and Randy Watter's freeminds.org.

The Rees case is DEAD, BURIED, and DECAYED. The USSC offically refused to hear it during its February 2000 session. That's 18 months ago. Get with the progam!

I'll take you up on your offer of discussing other cases. I've been searching for 4 days now, and I've yet to find a successful "abuse" lawsuit against the WTS. Looking forward to your posting the NUMEROUS URLs!

I repeat: Judah Ben Schroeder was removed from international and regular PR. Your information is out of date. He is involved in retraining programs.

Call up Brooklyn or Patterson and you can verify it easily. I just don't want to leave an inaccurate statement go unchallenged.
