Did you ever notice how JWs act when they hear that an inactive JW or a DF'd person had something bad happen to them? Almost with glee, they give that *look* that says, "we told you so". Have you ever experienced what I'm referring to????

Yes, I got that all the time - while I was a JW. Every time I had any kind of problem people said I must be doing something to grieve Jehovers holy spirit.

Yes.. their "theology" is win..win...for them.

If you suffer...it's cuz you left the protection of Jojoba and his "loving" (sadistic) bOrg.

If you prosper...it just proves that Satan's won you over through materialism and greed and it's Satan that's "blessing" you.

    WTF?

They do that for sure... but then when someone is sucessful and seems to be doing well they completely ignore the person.

There is a girl who left when I was a teenager, people act like she dissapeared off the planet when in all actuality she's married to a millionaire and living a charmed life, although no one ever talks about her.

I remember running into df'd or da'd people and scrutinizing them (when they weren't looking) to see if they looked miserable or not. If they did look miserable, it was like proof (to me at the time) that life outside the borg was horrible and something to be avoided. Of course, if they looked happy, I convinced myself that it was just an act. LOL dur

Yes except when I've seen that look, it has always been accompanied by the words, "You reap what you sow."

Now that you mention it, the next time something really good happens, I'm going to tell my mother I'm reaping what I sowed. ;)

They not only find delight in something bad happening to one's who left the troof, they find this same delight in for some even still in it. Just yesterday, I sat in horror as a relative of my gloated about how happy she was that a JW relative of hers she doesn't like very much house got washed away during Katrina.

    Can't you feel the love.......

The Dubs are a VILE bunch...truly serpents.

They relish in misery...and wish it on all but themselves (personally)...

They CANNOT have joy for someones elses good fortune...I've never seen it happen.

They are jealous with envy and WISH something would go good for them...and do NOTHING to make good things happen.
