I think the brand is samyang if I remember right. But I think the kind I always got was "kimchee" style.
Has anyone ever seen Tampopo (Japanese flick)? All this talk about ramen has me thinking of it as well as how hungry I am at the moment.

You corn beef by boiling it with pickling spices, bay leaves, etc.
YUM! But I don't like to stink up my house. So I go to the Silver Dollar Hofbrau here in Fresno--they serve hand carved meats, not that pre-packaged deli crap.
Hmm, my usual order for the week:
1 pound of roast turkey
1 pound of roast beef
1 pound of corned beef
1 pound of ham
My grab and go household really needs to have stuff on hand. This is low carb, and with a salad or some greens it's YUMMY!
I usually go on Fridays, but after this post I'm going for lunch!
