19 And the great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell; and Babylon the Great was remembered in the sight of God, to give her the cup of the wine of the anger of his wrath. 20 Also, every island fled, and mountains were not found. 21 And a great hail with every stone about the weight of a talent descended out of heaven upon the men, and the men blasphemed God due to the plague of hail, because the plague of it was unusually great.

Meaning: The Nations are of the Twelve Tribes of Israel in the Middle East. Jehovah will turn His attention to the HUGE CIties of Man on the Planet Earth for its Cleansing (Babylon The Great). Every Island and Mountain are the Governments small and Great to be Removed by the "KINGDOM OF GOD" (Daniel 2:44)

Men blame GOD, but it is NOT JEHOVAH GOD known by most, and ALLAH by the Nation of Islam, that caused the Quakes. MAN DID ! ! ! Amen.......

Most so-called natural disasters are blamed on "Acts of GOD". However Jehovah GOD did not detonate bombs, nuclear and otherwise upon the planet earth. MANKIND did, which weakened the earths structure. Also Global Warming caused by environmental distasters from chemicals and such have caused the earth to overheat creating disasterous climate patterns. This is why it is written that men blaspheme the name of the Creator, meaning to Blast or Defame the Name of GOD. This is why Jesus Taught: Heavenly Father, let your name be sanctified, or set apart as HOLY. The Faithful Slave

On your first point, I take it Geology 101 wasn't on your curriculum? The best analogy is of farting in the general direction of a main battle tank, the effects are similar. Also since you aren't up to speed on current weapon technology, nuclear weapons of any magnitude are airburst weapons (i.e, they don't hit the ground)

On your second point I will accept that at the very least we have had a negative impact on global climate and are at least some way partly to blame for some of the weather related disasters.

Still there's nothing like using a natural disaster to make a cheap religous point, is there?

Btw next time just before you post you might like to consider hitting alt-f4 just before submitting it will make your posts much easier to read.

Ha ha. You were obviously asleep in science class, when you went to school. You couldn`t "weaken the earths structure" if you detonated 10 nuclear bombs at the same spot simultaneously.

The effects of global warming, that`s another issue, and yes, mankind has had a negative effect on the evironment. But this has nothing to do with earthquakes at all! Mankind couldn`t do anything that would have any kind of effect on the rate of earthquakes at all! Floods and rising of the sea levels, yes, earthquakes, NO!
