Yeah some witnesses are really screwed up when it comes to forms of physical contact. For alot of them anything other than a handshake could be seen as having sexual overtones and as a form of flirting. And all forms of affection between members of the opposite gender lead to sex. They're all so sexually stifled that they've become obsessed with it. DK *still an ear-lobe virgin* :D

Ferengi have enormous earlobes. http://www.wesclark.com/rrr/ferengi.jpg And they always love having them fondled or rubbed. Additionally the youngsters are often grabbed by the ear as punishment since it is such a sensitive spot ^_^
