  JW facebook page growing fast, and already outing troublemakers......

  interesting place to lurk and in just a few days there are 180 members....i quickly noticed there are very many posts raising questions elders hate to be asked...like why is there a no face hair rule except for mustache?.....and many others...like wedding rings are pagan...but due to nobody feeling that way now...why is that rule not applied to everything else like it...and on and on from many who have posted...... and they ususally want to know if there are biblical reasons for the rule or teaching!!!

  !......this thing will not last long........oompa.

  oh and if you join...the guys running it send pms to you listing the "trouble makers" found on the site....not sure if they can be kicked out without violating the rules like cussing and porn posting.......i just wonder how many tough questions they will let be discussed..... .

  This page is a prime example of what the society DOESNT want their members doing...opening the door up to satans minions infiltrating and talking to their members! And poor poor Brooklyn, playing Wack a Mole on the internet trying so hard to get rid of all these pesky anti JW sites that speak ILL of them. Its so pwitty to watch them squirm. These sites are frequented by JW kids who were raised learning NOTHING else their whole lives and defending as if with a cookbook, the accusations against their faith. There is no free thought....yet :)

  Breast Update

  so i decided to go for a check up - just to sure.

  the boobs are healthy albeit a little sore from being flattend.

  i just need to be a little more gentle with myself when checking for lumps, i tend to probe too hard .

  The things we women have to do to ourselves...losing our bodies to child birth, stretch marks, saggy boobs from nursing, prodding, probing, smashing parts of ourselves for scans, legs splayed out on stirrups...no dignity at all....and men whine like little spoilt brats when they have to have a prostate exam.

  i was given permission by a jw friend of my wife and me to post this experience.

  she's anonymous and posts on the board.

  she is married to a witness still but is fighting on behalf of children in her congregation to not be a next victim of a pedophile who attends her congregation.

  There is an ex elder here in Florida who told me that a newly baptized JW confessed to him that he had KILLED A MAN...and was not caught for it. But because he was now a JW, the elder was told what is in the past is in the past and there was nothing anyone could do about it. Nor was this man's confession admissible in court because he had told a "spiritual advisor" about it and it was protected. Nor was this elder allowed to tell anyone about it. Bethel told him basically to shut the F up about it and not mention it again.

  So yeah...I do believe they are pushing this under the rug.

  my mother retired from her full-time job recently and has started attending meetings again.

  she also has plenty of time to think about her wayward children, including me.

  one night, we were talking and she asked me, again, why i wasn't going to meetings.

  I would say "Well Mom, I believe what we are told to tell people at the doors...that we dont KNOW who will die at Armageddon, and only Jehovah can read our hearts. I trust His judgement of me as a person, and I try to be a good person. There are a lot of people going to those meetings that arent nice people at all, so going to the meetings doesnt guarantee anybody survival."

  Witness 007 Seperates from mentally ill wife due to restraining order!!

  hows that for a scandal post!.

  the story so far...wife hurt her back a year ago and since has suffered depression sleeplessness and "mental problems" like incredible agression, she refused help and i was un-able to force her even when the police followed her home after she threw tablets in a chemists face {long story} they refused to take her to hospital on psyciatric grounds....and left me to handle it????

  most folks don't relize my hands are tied.

  Brothers in her Cong. question if my mum is "really" anionted!? Why?

  i don't get this...my mum pioneered for 25 years and in the last few years she at 69 is claiming to be anionted and taking emblems.....well you should see the back stabbing!

  some claim she isn't since she doesn't work at bethel or contribute to the litrature???

  it becomes a big debate, is she or not?

  The whole who is and who isnt annointed thing is STUPID at best. The JWs interpretation of the 144,000 in Revelation being a literal NUMBER is stupid at best. People who think they are annointed because gods spirit spoke to their spirit...probably are 1) really spiritual 2) really crazy and in any event they shouldnt be messed with. Any non annointed Smelder who questions the "annointedness" of anybody else has REEEEALLLY overstepped their latitude and is probably jealous because they dont want to be stuck down here cleaning up dead bodies after Armageddon.

  well, call me an effiminate girly man, but i bought a wii and a wii fit this week.

  i must say after firing this program up that it looks pretty impressive.

  i don't think it could be made any easier to keep track of your exercise times and weights and goals.

  I want to know what judge she screwed to get a restraining order against YOU when you didnt do anything? So I decide Im gonna be a bitch and just kick out my spouse for no reason and a judge will allow me to do that?

  Wilmington, VT Congregation Being Dissolved!

  i just heard this week that the wilmington, vt congregation is being dissolved.

  it is here in southern vermont, and i can remember when it was formed, probably about 30 years ago.. the congregation was always troubled, it seems, and there were so many personality conflicts in it that people who lived next to the kingdom hall would travel to the brattleboro, vt congregation to attend meetings!

  a good percentage of witnesses that lived in that territory refused to go there and attended other congregations.. it seems that attendance has dwindled down to 20 or so, and so it is being disbanded.

  This absolutely happened when I was still living up near Chicago. I think it was the Streamwood congregation that had MAJOR problems. The entire elder body was replaced. People were leaving the congregation in droves and we would have this weird mix of people coming to our hall all the time.

  Yeah it happens...mob mentality...absolute power corrupting absolutely...yeah.
