Question from every paragragh: "Who knows the purpose of the boxes that are situated at the rear of the KH?"

Audience : Turns around to give Brother Believer a dirty look.
Conductor : " It's a difficult question but would someone else like to answer?"
Sister Soohia (6yrs old) : "They are the boxes that eat my icecream money giggle."

my daughter asked if anyone has heard anything about a 'big announcement' being made sometime this week in congregations in canada and possibly beyond... in her words "it's like a biggggg long thing, they cut out part of the book study for it and people heard it was a historical thing"... any ideas?
could it be the mexican branch closing or the theme of the convention?
or something else?

If something is pre-empted by "big announcement" buzz then it usually is something like
'We are going to change the toilet paper from three ply to two ply to cut costs so keep donating.'
The actual big announcements are buried deep in the middle of a study WT and nobody is awake enough to notice it slipped there.

i've seen claims over the years that wt is in the real estate, book publishing business and is a for profit enterprise at it's core.. can those of you that believe this to be the case tell me who benefits from all this wealth?.
the governing body lives in relatively humble conditions no?.

Who is privy to personal private info of how the GB live? My guess not garden variety bethelite.
But I am just theorising here myself so I do not claim to know anything.
in case you were wondering if the governing body we're going to become kinder and gentler, the answer is a big "no!!!
in the current study edition of the wt magazine, the sheeple are reminded of some very important key points.
1) god has an organization ( corporation ) that you must respect.. 2) only the gb/faithful slave can dispense spiritual food and only the gb/faithful slave can interpret the bible.. 3) individual dubs absolutely cannot learn "truth" on their own.. 4) god requires "unity of doctrine.
Sounds like death throes to me the last of the obey obey obey rants before the bitch disppears into the cyber-religion sunset, which, BTW, is also a very attractive lucrative option for them on so many levels.
