i was afraid this day would come soon and now it has.
i'm getting a sheperding call this saturday.

guess this kind of goes with the other thread i started about looking at the inner child that is still hurtingk by posting a pic of us when we where kids.. i found this pic of my parents, my mom was just 15,,,,,my dad barely 18, shortly after , they married soon and i was born when my my was just 16. .
just looking at their faces in this moment in time, in this picture, i can see , that they were just kids too, that they were not ready to face the hardships of starting a family so soon.
i am not making excuses for the things they both did,,,,,,,,,,, they both did many things to hurt me.

Well I « hear what my people have to say » but my feelings about that person won’t change till something (or a hint) happens. Most of the time my first impression is good (have think about that a lot – I’ve Event thought about writing my first impression on people – but I don’t want to be affected by it … So) the problem is to remember what was my first impression (sometimes the relationship is growing very fast).
most of you know that i have moved back to my old house, and in the process, had lots of boxes to go thru.
i have found so many treasured moments of my life, things like my kids, my family, etc.. for just a couple of hours lately i have been putting alot of my pictures when i was young on my personal file, just because they are the only copies i have of them.. i heard it once said that when you have pain in your past , your childhood, that you should look at that picture of the 8 or 9 year old you once were and enbrace her,, or him.
i have done that, and i can tell you it opens the door to so much healing, so much compassion for yourself, something that you as an adult really need to move on.

why does satan do gods will of seperating the sheep by providing temptation?
surely it would be better to turn everyone into jws and make gods job harder?
if satan wants everyone to worship him, why isn't he just nice instead of supposedly making life so damned hard in the "last days"?

"satan" is a NIGHTMARE !!! (it's all in our head) we are just lucky or not !
to be honest, i feel like i barely qualify as an ex-dub.
wasn't raised in it, no relatives in it, and aside from my first one or two years of being involved with it, i didn't believe much of it.
but at the point where i first started having doubts creep in, instead of investigating those doubts, i turned off my brain.
