this weekend's "SPECIAL TALK"....

ok, so as most know, this is the weekend of the "special talk" .... if anyone is going to the k hall, please shaer your thoughts on what makes is "so special".... i bet it will be more recycled same same.... "god loves you, he hates violence, he hates bad things happening to good people, he wants you all to be jw memebers...or he will kill you all at the big loving armageddon!!!!!!!

he said that god wasnt the best to rule over mankind.....so, god has let time go by to disprove satan's challenge, and show that gods rulership is better.

BUT, if wt theory is correct, then we have had 6000 years of proof that satan is not as good a ruler than god.

BUT how did things go under gods rule? Well, in just a few years, and in just one generation, things went bad! So we have never seen what rule under god would be actually like....only learnt the theory.....

ACTIVE in talks and assigments spouting exact info from WT material...no personal thoughts

DRESS and GROOMING standard as per WT rules

IDEAL FAMILY doing all of the above

oh, and some vague reference to 1Tim and Titus re some sort of personality points....

they used the expression "greek scriptures".

i didn't pursue it but it made me wonder..

You have never heard the WT use "hebrew and greek scripures"?

May I ask how old you are? I am a born in, and we were strictly told to always use those expressions rather than OT and NT...

If we are made in Gods image, and God is loving, and we dont like violence.....then how can he allow suffering for so long just cos of an argument in heaven??

Sounds like we humans are just insignificant pawns that can be used / abused however he sees fit?!
