We found an original copy of his 1940 booklet "The Fifth Column" in the State Library last weekend.
It was so full of blatant statements designed to incite anger towards the govts of all nations. After reading it, there is no wonder why "persecution" took place on JWs!
They brought it on themselves with this awful tirade of comments.

I realised only recently that I never really had the chance to REALLY grieve for those who had died! As a good witness, we were supposed to hold it in, otherwise it might imply a lack of faith or belief in the resurrection hope!
It wasn't until attending a proper funeral (ie non witness) that I experienced the cathartic and appropriate grieving process that humans need to go through!
It makes me wonder how many witnesses have bottled up feelings that they have never dealt with....and what emotional damage that does to them....

Wow...I wonder if they will show the fact that LOT selfishly chose to move his family to the city. His wife just had to do what her head told her to do, then she gets killed for making a home out of her circumstances??

Then commits incest with his two daughters, and fathers children from them???
