  it now appears that the wt can df you just by marking you.

  this happened to my me and my wife a few week ago.

  a marking talk was given at the mid-week meeting in which no names were mentioned yet a detailed description of the "offending bastards" was delivered so that there as no doubt who this "pond scum" might be.

  Thanks for the thread post TPTT.

  Its really a very cowardly move when we think about it. Slander someone's name and reputation, yet allow them no chance to repudiate the malicious rumours or embellished stories!

  It smacks of a desperate high control regime who feels they have the right to ruin the lives of those who choose to simply stand up for Truth and Honesty.

  Well, when I say "ruin the lives" , that would only occur if we actually cared about what a bunch of conditional ex friends gossip about....

  marriage"equality" survey, Australia.

  the australian govt has set out a survey to see if people are in favour of changing the marriage act to include same sex couples.. hm here have received their papers?

  the survey promises to be anonymous but has a substantial bar code at the bottom... anonymous yeah right.. the marriage act once said "two people" then a previous prime minister changed it to say "man and woman" all that is needed to amend this situation as required by the gay community is change it back again to "two people" there, done and dusted.. and millions of dollars need not be wasted on this survey which is not compulsory as is voting in australia.

  can anyone here who still goes to kh tell us if this has had a ruling from the platform?.

  just wanted to ask a question of those who were born in as i was.. how did you feel to have been "privileged to have been born into the only true faith - the truth"?.

  did this make you feel confident, or proud - or perhaps arrogant?.

  how did you reconcile the fact that 99% of the earth's population was not born "into the truth"?.

  I have to add to this.

  I could not reconcile how as Witnesses, we would be so sad when a natural disaster struck killing multitudes of people.

  In my mind, I thought, "its sad, BUT if Armageddon came tomorrow, they would all be killed by Jehovah anyway!... and we would not be able to be sad about that! So this way they get a resurrection - right??"

  This sort of stuff really does my logical head in!
  HOW can they honestly say things like "supplicate Jehovah for his spirit" and the like, when most would have been doing that as the disaster struck!

  Jehovah gets a free pass in all these things!

  If something appears to go well for a believer, then that is "evidence of God's blessing". If it doesn't, then that is "evidence that it wasn't according to God's will"

  Either way, God gets to be the winner!

  From past experience, the username and password varies from Congregation to congregation, and from circuit to circuit.

  That way they can regulate the access.

  So even if you got a username and password, it would not necessarily be the correct one, or be functional for your area.
