  so the wife was sick and stayed home from the meeting.

  she tuned in through the phone so she could listen.

  she had the phone on speaker and therefore i could overhear what was said.

  How do you deal with people who do not like you?

  hi guysin the last year i have started to socialise a lot more.

  namely comedy and a tennis social club.. for a variety of reasons i find socialising tough.

  in my tennis club a couple of women have been extremely rude to me and i have blocked one from my phone and refuse to speak to both.. is my behaviour extreme?paul.

  As witnesses, we were used to EVERYONE being our friend in the Witness circles.

  We therefore never learned the art of making real friends.

  Not everyone we meet will become our close associates - and that is ok.

  I thought we all had to be obedient to the laws of the land (Ceasars Laws) unless they conflicted with God's laws?

  So, if the law says someone is "over the limit" they are indeed breaking the law! (No matter if that varies from place to place.

  For the GB to try and imply that "biblical" intoxication is different is appalling!

  After all, biblical intoxication had God's worshippers "Naked" (Moses), or committing incest (Lot). Maybe that is the criteria for Biblical intoxication???

  It amazes me!

  The information on these sites (such as jwfacts) is nothing more than actual quotes from Society material!

  Nothing more, nothing less!

  If the GB is so determined to try and delete such quotes from history (good luck with that anyway), then they are proving the point that they are a Cult! Scared of anything negative - even if they themselves wrote it all!
