i have watched the movie divergent.. wow what an amazing film that highlights the value of not just conforming or accepting what is put in front of us!.

Two ways are being done around here I notice:
1) get a car full of late teen / early 20's singles (pioneers, bethelites etc) and drive all night to petrol stations to leave mags with the overnight attendants.
The young ones really do it because they get to cosy up together with other desperate youngs ones...napping on each others shoulders etc...but all inthe name of preaching of course.
They may drive for hours...all counting time...but may only get out a couple of times each for the whole night..but wow, they each can count 7 hours!!!
2) do a return visit in the extremity of the neighbouring congs territory, then drive to the other end of their own territory to do another.... Instant 1 hour there.
My question is...if they go to such stretches to do this, why not just lie on the slip? What's the difference?
this article is sickening, not a single word about love towards others, care for the needy or any kind act.
but since i worked 72 hours each week in a hotel restaurant, i first had to make some changes.. i asked my boss whether he would allow me to work 60 hours instead.
i next asked to be allowed to work only 36 hours per week, or 6 hours on 6 days, and that request was also granted.
So are these stories meant to make us feel more in awe of these men?
I mean, they actually backfire...because we see the human side more. in the past, the GB held more of a mystical power over the general members as they were not seen as individuals, but as a collective "god representing" body...hence they had more control.
"Honey, don't worry, I'll spend real quality time with the girls"
so, the new arrangement is to get all the cong to count every tract and memorial invite and dc invite placed etc!.

So I just told out group overseer to bout down few thousand...cos who knows what was placed?

some of our members did a great job at mocking up fun examples last year...but it hasn't really taken off this year.. last year i printed up many of the funny ones and mixed them into the piles of real ones for distribution..... so, can anyone with the skills make up some fun ones based on this years invitation please?.
