  Counting tracts as placements on reports now?!

  ahhhhhh......man....... .

  so now we have to count all tracts / leaflets / meeting invitations etc as placements on the monthly report slip???.

  is this just another method of control or accountability!

  "The world is so bad!!"

  i am getting so sick of constantly hearing witnesses say "the world is getting so bad...etc...blah blah....etc...".

  yes, there are troubles in some parts of the world, but most of the ones whinging live in some of the most peaceful and fortunate countries (such as australia).

  the constant doom and gloom mentality actually shows a lack of respect for life itself!!!!

  If they believe in god, they should be thankful for the life they are able to live instead of constantly moaning about "how bad this world is getting!"

  Ok, so it is TRUE!!

  our hall is getting a new sign installed saying:

  "Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses"

  JW.ORG

  in large letters below the sign!!

  i can't wait to be the first to graffiti it!! (Or would that be sinning against the holy spirit??!!)

  i know its very common for jws and ex jws to deal with depression.

  maybe it's a side effect of cognitive dissonance or the whole outlook on life being a jw.

  but what are some ways to cope with depression?

  Well, according to the Secret elders video, if you are troubled by distress or grieving, or suffering depression, just do the following:

  Pray more

  Ask the elders to pray with you

  Reject thoughts of suicide by saying "I am an integrity keeper" and reject those thoughts like "immoral thoughts"

  Go out in service more

  Never miss meetings

  So DONT get any professional help!......just do more in the org!
