Yes Pale Emperor!
I raised that same point!
WHY did the names need to be on it if it was just for statistical reasons?!?
The reply I got was "so we can determine who needs spiritual help"
Right....
i got thinking ,which at times can seem erratic , it's the publisher cards that should of rung the loudest bell !
i still can't believe i fell for believing early christianity had some writing reports to the apostles.
wt legalisms are their foundation of the church..

flying blind on the incoming calls but i am not fearfully looking around and will approach any religious zealots like a warrior.
there nothing like the unpredictable, because these men it's all about the prediction..
I would rather have their numbers show if a call comes in...so I can decide if I want to answer it or not...
today one of the members of the local congregation who is somewhat limited intellectually was showing off a small bit of cut granite stone.
as he did so he made sure to let everyone know that it was given to him by the congregation service overseer who just completed his second or third round of bragging rights slave labor at warwick.
he mentioned that, "brother _______ gave this to me as a piece of reality from warwick.
Seriously??
Wow....
i still go to the meetings because of my in wife and it came about that the elders knew of my pissed off attitude about the society getting involved in the un.
so the elders said they could help me get over that and wanted to meet with me.
now just to let you know, i have only told my wife and her mom so far about it, that's it.
Well said Tenacious!
Well said indeed sir!
the hypocrisy is astounding.
(both these links go to jw..org).
in this first link to the mother, we are educated as to what is the scarlet-colored beast of revelation chapter 17?.
Yes!
Wasnt there a scripture that condemns those who "make use of the world" for their own ends?
The hypocrisy of going running crying to the UN for help, while also promoting the idea that the UN is a tool of satan, is simply disgusting!
does anybody remember some of the sensational demon stories jw's would tell back in the day?
i was a kid in the early 80's and i remember a few times hearing of people having real life encounters with demons.
for example, one sister claimed that before she became a jdub she would regularly talk to demons and they would even fix stuff like her washing machine!
As education levels increase, stories of ghosts and demons in the community decrease.
The best "exorcism" for demons is education.....

Yes! The very concept of all witnesses needing to submit a monthly report is one of the most alarming proofs of this being a high control cult!
The "reasons" used to be trumpeted by the society that "it was so they knew how many items to print, and how often the territory was being covered"
We know what the reality is though! Ones "spirituality" and in turn privilege is gauged by the report you submit!

A meeting will have 3 elders vs 1 of you...
Do the math: The results are obvious. Why subject yourself to such an unfair and inappropriate proceeding?
i’m sitting there in the kingdom hall just thinking how rich it is of the gbojw to preach about materialism when they have recently been evidenced to be using bro’s & sis’ contributions to the world wide work to travel business class!
just that thought alone was leading me to read scripture while they were all engaged in the wt “study”.. however, then it came to paragraph 17 and i blurted / choked a little.
the paragraph said that “we should not imitate the people of ‘the nations,’ who have no real faith in a loving heavenly father who cares for those who put the interests of his kingdom first in their life.”.
Yep! Great hypocrisy indeed.
hi simon,.
i noticed that most financial sites like banks have an automatic log out after some time of inactivity.. could a similar thing work here perhaps?.
if someone has logged on, but not used the site for say 20 minutes, could they be logged out and have to reenter the passwords?.
Hi Simon,

That would prevent someone accidentally leaving their log-ins and username visible if they leave the computer accidentally open....and save some potential issues for those fading...
