Only nuts to us critical of it. To JWs it is nothing more than proof that it's jehovahs organization.

WT for this Sunday...You are My Witnesses
by Legacy inwt 7/15/2014....page 27...question # 17...what will we consider in the next article...paragraph 17...but how can we be jehovah witnesses and at the same time be witnesses of jesus....well well well...i think they really got the point...all through the greek scriptures, that's what jesus has been saying...we are to witness about him....in the hebrews scriptures was about jehovah god, most of the world got that.
now jehovah, put another spoke in the wheel his son...jesus...that's who paul has been talking about all along...that he was witness of jesus, paul knew who god was.
i think the society monitors sites like these & others & found out....they may have been, uh...wrong....wonder how are they going to spin this one off....i won't read the next article just yet... comments anyone ..... legacy.

I read the article and it really doesn't explain clearly how they are witnesses of Jesus. There is just a lot of read this paragraph about Jesus doing this and that but then no explanation of what the article was supposed to be about. Interestingly this is the first time I've seen them say 27 years after pentacost 33 ce the truth of the good news was preached to all jews and gentiles in all creation under heaven in paragraph 8.

I was once in your shoes as many were and decided I would just keep going in the organizaiton knowing it had flaws. Here is the problem I ran into. As time goes on the organization gets dumber and dumber. Soon you start seeing just how ridiculous things are and how they will change anything they want to advance their agenda. I use the example of the overlapping generatioin. Their agenda is to keep everyone belieiving the end is very close. It's obvious this teaching is actually stupid, but you can't help but see it for what it is. Then you'll have conversations with JWs that eat it up and just believe no matter what they are told. Eventually you start realizing you are wasting your time and your life at meetings, field service, and whatever else because it actually accomplishes nothing for you. I actually started researching beliefs of the witnesses and realized using the bible, the resurrecton idea was invalid, the 144,000 was invalid, and really you can make a case for and against the trinity using the bible. Anyone can do as they please and continue on in the org, for me I realized I was wasting my own valuable time to "exist" in the organization. Sure there are great, nice people in the org but guess what, there are great nice people in every religion, as well as great nice people that are agnostic and atheist. My advice would be to do what makes you happy. If that means staying as witness then be happy.

DocHouse even you have had to heard at least a little poison is dangerous talks that JWs love to give. None or trivialities actually. It is only trivial if you must believe they have the truth no matter what people say. After all I have brought up before. Who was right about about the organization in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, the apostates were. Who was right when the defected from Rutherford? The apostates. If you stayed you started preaching about the end coming in 1925. If you left, you didn't get caught up in any of it.

Technically I am still in. But what changed for me was when the generations teaching changed in 1995 I was still in middle school. It was then I realized I needed to make long term life choices as there was no paradise coming soon. I chose a career and a life path. In that process I stopped judging everyone good or bad. I realized that I actually know nothing and a big part of life is learning new things, exploring them for yourself. I realized soon from that point on my whole life results were based on my own choices and decisions. I am responsible for the good and the bad. I love life now, I pursue everything I want. I want to make money, I pursue it. I want to travel I go. I want to do something I do it. Life can be actually great if you take responsibility for it and for yourself. Taking responsibility means when something doesn't go the way you wanted it to, you research and figure out why and what you did wrong. You figure out what to do differently in the future and prepare yourself for that. Take responsibility for yourself and those you are responsible for. Life is good.

When it comes to JWs and the organization it is very simple. How can God destroy anyone who doesn't believe the organization is run by him? They have all of these dates IN PRINT 1914, 1915, 1925, 1975, generation of 1914 shall not die off that were wrong. The masthead in the awake stated it was the creators promise that the generation would not die. HOW can a loving God kill people for not believing this organization that changes all the time yet constantly reminds everyone that they are the sole channel of communication for him? The answer is simple, HE CAN'T! The all powerful, all knowing, all loving God could not fault anyone for seeing how obvious it is that these men just make stuff up as they go along.
Let's look at it another way. Who was right in the 1970s about the organization and its faults and 1975, apostates or the organization? Who said the organization was wrong? Apostates. Who were right in the end? Apostates. Who said in the 1980s the generation that saw 1914 was wrong? Apostates. Who printed in his book in the 1980s that it would have to be changed. The most well known considered Apostate Ray Franz. Who on this board since the early 2000s have been pointing out what is wrong with the organization? Apostates. Who have been right the whole time. Apostates. So that begs the question, why would Satan have all these correct answers and be giving them out? Why is God's channel always wrong?

Dochouse Romans 6 is just the beginning which goes to that there is a resurrection of judgement as well as life. The scroll of life that you learned at your recent convention if you have gone is not new scrolls as they kept saying but the names of those who gained life.

I am assuming you are a JW. So the wt says that the wages sin pays is death and Romans 6:7 acquits everyone of their sins and therefore that's why everyone will be resurrected. Read Romans 6:1-7 and not just verse 7 alone and you will see that it is not a physical death being referred to but dying along with Jesus in the ransom. There is no physical death means free ticket into paradise.
